We will offer your money back if you don’t pass your ACLS test while taking at least 30 days of MasterACLS.com classes and passing our final test.  If you pass MasterACLS’s test here on our website and you fail to pass your state exam, we may offer you your money back or may offer you another month for free to continue mastering your ACLS skills. We guarantee you will pass your money back, but we do not guarantee you will pass no matter what. What we mean by this is we will offer you a refund as a guaranteed, but we don’t offer any other compensation for not passing and any negative effects are your own responsibility if you do not pass your final state exam.

Hacking and information

Although we’ve never encountered a data breech, in some rare cases this may happen.  Also some of our pages not have HTTPS or SSL, and in all cases of use on our site we don’t guarantee the security of our site.  Please also note that we DO NOT store your credit card information in any way on our site, instead we use Stripe and all one-time payments are made through Stripe.

National Institute for Healthcare Education offers a 100% refund to any student who completes all portions of the Master ACLS course including all quizzes, Practice Exams, Megacode Practice, and Megacode Video Simulations, and passes the Final Exam with a score 90% or better who does not pass their AHA ACLS course due to failure to pass either the written exam or skills testing (student must be physically capable of doing the skills testing). In order to obtain this refund the student must send written documentation from their AHA ACLS course including written exam answer sheet with score, skills scenarios sheets, signed letter from the AHA ACLS Course Director stating why the student did not pass the AHA ACLS course including instructor name, address, email, phone, & instructor ID number to NIHE, 1498 E. Main St. 103-202, Cottage Grove, OR 97424. No email, fax, or phone requests for refund will be considered.
